Newsletter troubleshooting

1. Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
2. Open Newsletter and pull down to refresh the verified LS website feed.
3. If a full article does not open, retry the link in the device's default browser.
4. If the feed remains unavailable, email support with the error message and device details.

Base-oil Groups I to V educational content is included in the app and should remain available when the Newsletter feed cannot load.

First-release scope

• No market prices, price history or derived charts.
• No user accounts or membership synchronisation.
• No push notifications.
• No Magazine tab or published edition is included in this first release.
