The Lubricant Specialists app is operated by Bhupinder Singh through The Lubricant Specialists, an independent professional information and community platform based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, the mobile app privacy policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
2. Version 1 scope
Version 1 is free. It does not offer an Apple subscription, in-app purchase, paid digital unlock, account sign-in or website-membership synchronisation.
3. Educational content and publishing feed
The app provides base-oil Groups I to V educational coverage, dated public market context and entries from the verified Lubricant Specialists publishing feed. Availability, article order and external-source access may change as the website is updated.
4. Information boundary
App information is provided for professional context and discussion. It is not a firm price, executable offer, technical certification, product approval, legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice. Market ranges and commentary may be delayed or indicative and must be checked against a dated written offer and appropriate primary sources before commercial use.
5. External links
Articles, support, email, WhatsApp and website destinations open services outside the app. Those services control their own availability, security, content and legal terms. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the app, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be corrected, updated, replaced or withdrawn where required by law, platform rules, source rights, security, technical constraints or editorial judgement.
7. Liability and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Lubricant Specialists and its contributors are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general or market information, third-party services, temporary unavailability or unauthorised use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Future Premium release
LS Premium is planned for a later app release and is not available in Version 1. If introduced, its product, price, renewal, cancellation, content and Apple billing terms will be presented before purchase. These terms and the privacy policy will be updated before that paid release.
9. Support and updates
For app support, visit mobile app support or email contact@lubricantspecialists.com. These terms may be updated as the app develops. The effective date will be revised before a material change is released.
